Each coffee in our selection represents a specific origin, processing method, and roasting approach. We rotate our offerings based on seasonal availability and harvest cycles.
All coffees are sold in 250-gram bags and roasted to order. Prices are in Polish złoty.
Ethiopian Yirgacheffe
Light roast showcasing floral notes, bright citrus acidity, and tea-like body. Grown at 1,900 meters elevation in the Gedeo Zone. Wet-processed to emphasize clean, delicate flavors.
Best brewing methods: Pour-over, AeroPress, Chemex
Tasting notes: Jasmine, bergamot, lemon tea, honey

Colombian Huila Reserve
Medium roast with balanced acidity, caramel sweetness, and notes of red apple. Single-origin from family farms in Huila region. Grown at 1,700-2,000 meters elevation.

Kenyan AA Nyeri
Medium-light roast with intense blackcurrant notes, wine-like acidity, and full body. Wet-processed beans from Nyeri County estates. AA grade denotes the largest bean size and highest quality.

Medium-dark roast with smoky complexity, cocoa depth, and spice notes. Grown in volcanic soil at high altitude near Antigua. Traditional wet processing preserves bright acidity despite darker roast level.

Roasting Schedule
We roast every Tuesday and Friday. Orders placed before Monday midnight ship the same week. Orders placed after Monday midnight ship the following week.
Grind Options
We recommend purchasing whole beans for maximum freshness. However, we offer grinding services for the following methods:
- Espresso grind
- Filter / pour-over grind
- French press grind
- Cold brew grind
Ground coffee begins losing flavor within hours of grinding. If you order pre-ground coffee, we recommend consuming it within two weeks.
