Coffee availability depends on harvest cycles and stock levels. We reserve the right to discontinue or substitute products with comparable alternatives if specific coffees become unavailable.

Orders and Payment

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order but rather acknowledgment that we have received it.

Payment must be completed at the time of order placement. We accept standard payment methods as indicated on our website.

Shipping and Delivery

Roasting Schedule

We roast coffee every Tuesday and Friday. Orders are processed based on our roasting schedule, and coffee is shipped within 48 hours of roasting.

Shipping Times

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and order weight and will be displayed during checkout.

Returns and Refunds

Product Quality

If you receive damaged or defective products, contact us within seven days of delivery. We will replace the product or issue a refund at our discretion.

Change of Mind

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, we stand behind the quality of our products and will work to resolve any quality concerns.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and credited to your original payment method.
